  • Question: I have been refused my Canada Visa Application. Can I still apply for a new application?

    Answered (11 April 2021): Yes, you can. But before starting a new application, you are required to access all records of your submitted documents and the immigration officer's notes regarding your refused application. Then you can decide about the type of the new application and the possibility of starting that. It is essential to mention applying for your new application will be different from the application of someone who is applying for the first time! You already DO have some records in Canada Immigration's archive, and you are required to make sure you use them for a new application based on these records. And you are strongly recommended to get legal advice before starting to reduce the probability of another refusal. Feel free to contact us for support.
